Hi with what you said above, is there a difference with up-ing the BM to 9 first or applying the mask/rune first? ie. will they both end up saving the same number of points?

I can't find the bear in Lornar's Pass. It doesn't appear at the start and it's soo far to find him with all those lvl 20-24 monsters running around and henc are only at lvl 10
